Equipment Pilates Classes Have Started!

Our Pilates equipment classes are now up and running in our brand new modern studio. After consultation with patients and some careful planning, we have added new classes to the FULL CLASS TIMETABLE – VIEW IT NOW!

Not only will you be working out using a wide range of the latest Pilates equipment available, but you will be trained by our fully qualified Physiotherapists and Pilates instructors.

What Classes Are On Offer And How Are They Different?

Like our mat-based clinical Physiotherapy and Pilates classes, we will be offering two streams of equipment-based classes – Clinical and Lifestyle.

CLINICAL EQUIPMENT CLASSES

  • Physiotherapist Instructed
  • Small group classes with a maximum of 5 participants
  • Individualised, goal-based programs mostly utilising the Pilates equipment
  • 45 minute duration
  • Claimable on Private Health Insurance

** Introductory price of $35/class OR block of 10 for $320

LIFESTYLE CIRCUIT EQUIPMENT CLASSES

  • Therapist instructed
  • Small group circuit classes with a maximum of 8 participants
  • Utilising Pilates equipment; ladder and cable machine
  • 60 minutes in duration

** Introductory price of $28/ class or block of 10 for $260

What Equipment Will Be Used?

For those familiar with equipment Pilates, we have the following brand new equipment. If you are new to this type of Pilates, our fully trained Physiotherapists will be there to guide you through.

  • Reformers
  • Pilates trapeze (cadillac)
  • Pilates wunda chair
  • A vertical ladder (stall bars )
  • Cable machine

How To Get Started With Equipment Pilates

For current patients looking to join an equipment class, we will be holding FREE sessions to teach you how to use each machine. Attendance at one of these sessions will be compulsory before you can join one of the Equipment Classes. You can book online or call us on 07 3869 1099.
