THERAPIST PROFILE

ERIN BREALEY – DIETITIAN

Erin spent many years in the fitness industry, frustrated by the inaccurate nutrition advice that was being provided to clients by unqualified individuals. She saw the damage it caused to mental and physical health and the people’s ability to trust their own bodies. As a result, Erin decided to switch gears and go back to uni to study a Bachelor of Nutrition & Dietetics (Hons) with postgraduate study to further qualify as an Accredited Sports Dietitian to nurture her love for all things food and improving lives.

Erin is passionate about helping active people and athletes lift their performance and training outcomes through incorporating strategic and fad-free nutrition principles.
