HOT STONE MASSAGE

Remedial Hot Stone Massage blends traditional Remedial Massage techniques with the use of hot (or sometimes cold) stones to help manage and treat a variety of conditions and ailments. The hot stones have a sedative effect that can relieve chronic pain, reduce stress and promote deep relaxation. The heated basalt stones allow the therapist to work deeper into the muscles if needed to help release muscle tension.
