Pilates increases flexibility, strengthens muscles, and improves core stability, posture and balance.

Our Lifestyle Pilates Classes are our most popular method of Pilates as they are great for
maintaining or improving all-over strength conditioning. Attending these classes regularly
can help prevent injuries, enhance your performance for sports and help ease tension
related aches such as back pain, neck pain and headaches.

We offer both Mat based and Equipment Lifestyle Classes.
Our traditional Lifestyle Mat Class runs for an hour with our Stretch Lifestyle Classes
running for 45 minutes. Our Mat classes incorporate resistance bands, exercise balls, Pilates
Rings and soft weights.

Our hour long Lifestyle Equipment Circuit class involves exercises on the Traditional Pilates
Reformer, Trapeze and Wunda chair as well as resistance and balance exercises using our
vertical ladder and cable machines.

Our Lifestyle Fitness Class is a higher energy class that incorporates cardio and light weights with a focus on breathing techniques and body awareness. Designed for patients with a history of pelvic floor problems in mind, this class is a great way to regain confidence with higher intensity exercise in a supportive, safe environment.
