Pilates increases flexibility, strengthens muscles, and improves core stability, posture and balance.
Our Lifestyle Pilates Classes are the most popular method of Pilates as they are great for maintaining or improving all-over strength conditioning. Attending these classes regularly can help prevent injuries, enhance your performance for sports and help ease tension related aches such as back pain, neck pain and headaches. Our traditional Lifestyle Class runs for an hour with our Stretch Lifestyle Classes running for 45 minutes.

Wednesday: 9:15am (Lifestyle), 5:00pm (Lifestyle), 6:00pm (Lifestyle), 7:00pm (Lifestyle)
Friday: 9:15am (Lifestyle Stretch),
Saturday: 8:45am (Lifestyle)
