1. Introduction

Welcome to Sandgate Physical Health Clinic. By accessing or using our website at https://sandgatephysio.com.au, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website.

2. Services

Sandgate Physical Health Clinic offers a range of health services, including but not limited to:

Physiotherapy (General, Dance, Sports, Pelvic Floor, Hydrotherapy, Step-Safe Balance, NDIS Physiotherapy, Running Assessments)

Massage Therapy (Remedial, Sports, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Lymphatic Drainage, Pregnancy, Relaxation, Seated)

Pilates (Lifestyle, Clinical Physiotherapy Equipment, Pregnancy, Teen)

Acupuncture

Cycle & Bike Fit

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments can be scheduled via our website, by phone at (07) 3869 1099, or by email at info@sphc.net.au. We kindly request that you arrive on time for your appointment. For new clients, please arrive 10 minutes early to complete necessary paperwork.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 3 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service fee. For appointments booked using gift vouchers, failure to attend without proper notice will result in forfeiture of the voucher.

4. Payment and Health Fund Rebates

We accept payments via cash, cheque, credit card, and EFTPOS. HICAPS is available for on-the-spot rebates from health funds. Our therapists are registered for health fund rebates on Physiotherapy, Massage, Acupuncture, Clinical Physiotherapy Classes, and Aquatic Physiotherapy. We are preferred providers in Sandgate for Medibank Private and BUPA Members, which may reduce out-of-pocket expenses.

5. Concessions

We offer fee concessions to holders of Centrelink Pension and Health Care Cards for Physiotherapy, Essential Massage, and Acupuncture services.

6. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available for Massage treatments and Lifestyle Pilates Classes. Vouchers can be ordered by phone with a credit card and will be posted at no charge. Please note that failure to attend an appointment booked with a gift voucher, without proper notice, will result in forfeiture of the voucher.
