ABOUT ERIN

Erin Brealey is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, Accredited Sports Dietitian and in a previous life, was a Personal Trainer.

Erin spent many years in the fitness industry, frustrated by the inaccurate nutrition advice that was being provided to clients by unqualified individuals.  She saw the damage it caused to mental and physical health and the people’s ability to trust their own bodies.

As a result, Erin decided to switch gears and go back to uni to study a Bachelor of Nutrition & Dietetics (Hons) with postgraduate study to further qualify as an Accredited Sports Dietitian to nurture her love for all things food and improving lives.

Erin is passionate about helping active people and athletes lift their performance and training outcomes through incorporating strategic and fad-free nutrition principles.

Erin sees her role as your guide through navigating your nutrition related concerns, she prides herself on cultivating great communication and two-way trust to ensure an enjoyable experience without the restriction! Erin’s goal is to help you reach your goals in a physically and mentally healthy way.

In her spare time, you’ll find Erin lifting weights, being a film geek, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, travelling and sampling different foods from around the world. Or simply staying in and enjoying time with her husband and very spoiled cats!
