How can I download the App?
You can download USING THIS LINK or by scanning the QR code below. If you prefer, you can also download when you are in the clinic next and the staff will assist you.
How can I earn points?
Every $10 spent earns you 10 points (rounded to nearest $10). Note- Points are earned on Remedial Massage, Lifestyle Pilates, Pilates passes & Retail only.
What are the Loyalty Rewards I can receive?
Receive a $25 SPHC Voucher for every 500 points earned!
How can I get the Sign Up Bonus Points?
Join our loyalty program (simply click on the Loyalty feature in the app and create an account), and receive 100 FREE BONUS POINTS! See reception staff when next in the clinic, to have your points added to your account.
What are the other Bonus Offers?
- Purchase a Pilates Pass = 100 points
- Refer a Friend = 200 points
- Leave a Google Review = 200 points
- Celebrate your Birthday = 100 points
- Check in at SPHC on Facebook or Instagram = 50 points

What are the T&Cs?
- If you have the old SPHC app on your phone please delete it.
- To join the Loyalty program you will need to set up an account.
- Earn 10 points for every $10 spent (to nearest $10), on Remedial Massage, Lifestyle Pilates, Pilates passes & Retail only.
- Points can only be added to your account by seeing reception staff in the clinic.
- Your Loyalty Reward Voucher can be redeemed on any service or retail item at SPHC.
- Points last for a lifetime provided activity on the account at least once per 12 months.
- Points cannot be transferred to another person.
