Which means it can be made Sunday night for a convenient healthy breakfast for the whole week. You can easily add your favourite fruits, yogurts, seeds or other toppings to make a nutritional breakfast.

½ cup of milk of your choice (cow, almond, coconut)

¼ cup non-fat Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon of chia seeds

1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup for sweetening
