Health Fund Rebates

All our therapists are registered for Health Fund rebates on Physiotherapy, Massage, Acupuncture, Clinical Physiotherapy Classes and Aquatic Physiotherapy. We are preferred providers in Sandgate for Medibank Private and BUPA Members. 

Doctors Referral

You only require a referral from your Doctor for services provided under Workcover, Department of Veterans Affairs and Medicare. Co-Payments may apply with Medicare referrals for certain therapists.

Pension & Health Care Card Concession

We provide a fee concession to holders of Centrelink Pension and Health Care Card Holders for Physio, Essential Massage and Acupuncture.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers for any occasion are available for Massage treatments and Lifestyle Pilates Classes. Phone orders are welcome with credit card and posted at no charge.

Appointment Arrival

Maximise your treatment by arriving for your appointment on time, 10 minutes early for paperwork if you’re a new client. Sit down, relax, and let us take care of you, we’ll get you a drink and we always have the latest magazines. Sorry we can’t make up the time if you’re late.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee.
• If you rebook at the time of cancellation, we will waive the fee.
