MEGAN BOWDEN
PHYSIOTHERAPIST & CLINICAL PILATES INSTRUCTOR
Megan is a qualified physiotherapist, commencing her career in NSW after graduating from the University of Sydney. Since then, Megan has built extensive experience in private practice, working with a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions. She has a particular interest in hip-related presentations and women’s health, with a focus on delivering personalised, evidence-based care.
Megan is passionate about supporting women at every stage, from early adulthood through to pregnancy, postnatal recovery, and beyond. She takes a holistic approach to treatment, combining hands on therapy with targeted exercise and education to help her clients move well and feel confident in their bodies.
Megan is committed to creating a supportive environment where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their recovery.
