ALANA PACHOLKE
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Alana graduated in 2022 from University of Queensland with a Bachelor degree in Physiotherapy (Honours). Prior to commencing her physiotherapy degree Alana worked for 6 years as an exercise sports scientist specialising in athletic development. Due to such experience Alana has developed a keen interest in musculoskeletal and sport related injuries.
Alana grew up as a keen dancer, trying any style that she could, from Ballet and Tap to Swing dancing, and this progressed to teaching for several years. Her interest in physiotherapy developed from her own experiences with injury throughout her dancing career. She has sought out additional education in management of foot, ankle and hip injuries in dancers and has a passion for helping dancers of any kind manage their injuries and reach their potential.
Outside of work Alana enjoys dancing and competing at a national level in canoe polo.
