If you sit, stand or move you are likely to develop increased muscle tension at some point in your life. This can and does lead to a myriad of physical problems that we see in clinic every day.

This course would suit just about anyone, but particularly Office Workers, Trades People, Production Line Workers, Nurses, Stay at Home Parents. Those who spend too many hours working and find themselves suffering with increased muscle tension. This course will teach you techniques that will allow you to relieve tension and relax!
It is also well suited to Elite and Amateur Sports Enthusiasts. Apply the techniques following training or sport, to relieve tired and sore muscles and possibly reduce the risk of injury. You will also be assisting recovery time in preparation for your next training session or competition.

Neil Whillans – Remedial Massage Therapist and Acupuncturist

Neil Whillans is a highly regarded veteran of 14 years in professional massage therapy and fully qualified Acupuncturist and has run our Massage courses for Sandgate Physical Health for the last 10 years.
Neil has also worked with elite sports teams including Brisbane Broncos, Brisbane Lions, Australian Netball team and Olympic and QAS athletes.
